Soaked Conditioner softens the hair, boosts elasticity and shine, whilst adding volume. It contains a cationic polymer to improve the condition by forming a film on the surface of the hair which increases lubricity, hydration levels, and volume.

As hair is naturally positively charged, the cationic polymers neutralise the negative charges found in most shampoos, thus making your hair easy to comb and style by offering elasticity, shine and eliminating static.
